Direct Communication
Our dispatch team stays on top of our drivers and are in constant communications with drivers and customers. We give updates to our customers through-out the entire delivery from pre-trip requirements to post-trip paperwork such as BOLs and PODs. We never leave a stop until our customers grant us a GTG.
Work Flow Process
At Jay Trucking we take extra steps to ensure the safety of products and on time delivery is done at its best.
- Our drivers read, understand, and apply whatever is written on the Rate Cons
- We follow instructions from the Rate Con, should there be a discrepancy from what is on DOCK vs what is on Rate Con, we immediately inform our customers
- We pre-cool the Reefers to what's required from the Customer and also Pulp Check or pre-check the temp of the Products. Any Issues are immediately reported
